Liquid-cooling connector

This is a high-precision, stainless-steel straight-through liquid‑cooling pipeline connector, integrally machined via CNC turning. It features a stepped cylindrical design with a highly polished surface and tightly controlled tolerances on critical mating surfaces. One end is equipped with a standard external thread, while the other end incorporates a locating shoulder and an anti‑pullout hole; the central section serves as a straight‑through fluid passage, enabling high‑pressure, leak‑tight connections between liquid‑cooling lines. The component offers superior resistance to high pressure and corrosion, with zero‑leakage performance, making it well suited for liquid‑cooling thermal management systems in industrial and new‑energy equipment.
  • Product Description
  • 1. Material and Craftsmanship

    • Core material : Made from 304/316L stainless steel, it exhibits excellent resistance to corrosion by coolant (water/glycol solutions), can withstand the pressure surges typical of liquid‑cooling systems, and is suitable for long‑term cyclic operating conditions, while also meeting the equipment’s requirements for cleanliness and non‑magnetic properties.
    • Processing technology : It is integrally formed using high-precision CNC turning, with external threads, internal bores, and step‑locating surfaces all machined in a single setup, ensuring excellent coaxiality. Thread accuracy meets standard tolerance requirements, and the sealing surface is polished to achieve tight contact with the sealing ring, enabling zero leakage under high pressure. The surface undergoes passivation treatment to enhance corrosion resistance and surface finish.

    2. Structural and Functional Analysis

    • Overall structure The part features a stepped cylindrical structure and is designed in three sections:
    1. Threaded end : The left end is a standard external threaded section with full thread profile, designed for threaded connection to equipment or pipeline interfaces; the thread specifications conform to common liquid‑cooling pipeline standards.
    2. Body Paragraph : The core features a smooth cylindrical body with a straight-through fluid passage, ensuring unobstructed coolant flow and minimizing flow resistance; the outer surface is smooth and free of burrs, reducing installation friction and the risk of scratches.
    3. Positioning end : The right end features multi‑stage locating steps and a circular anti‑pullout hole. The stepped structure provides axial positioning for the tubing or fitting, while the anti‑pullout hole, in conjunction with a circlip or pin, secures the fitting to prevent accidental disconnection under high pressure or vibration conditions.
    • Core Features As a straight-through connector in liquid‑cooling systems, it provides fluid connection and sealing between two pipe sections or between equipment and piping, ensuring stable coolant circulation. Its anti‑disconnection features and locating steps enhance connection reliability under high‑vibration and high‑pressure conditions, preventing pipe loosening or leakage.

    3. Features and Application Scenarios

    • Sealing performance : Precision-machined threads and sealing surfaces, in conjunction with a sealing ring, achieve an ingress protection rating of IP65 or higher, withstand the typical operating pressures of liquid‑cooling systems, and prevent equipment failures caused by coolant leakage.
    • Adaptability : Standard external threads and positioning structure, compatible with liquid‑cooling pipelines and equipment interfaces of various specifications, widely used in liquid‑cooling thermal management systems for industrial robots, servo motors, new‑energy battery packs, and data center servers.
    • Durability : The stainless steel material offers excellent corrosion resistance and high hardness, enabling it to withstand fluid erosion and temperature fluctuations under long-term cyclic operating conditions. It is resistant to rust and deformation, thereby extending the service life of fittings and reducing equipment maintenance costs.
