Salary: RMB 8,000–18,000 per month. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing production processes, preparing process documentation, and managing on-site process control; following up on the resolution of production‑related issues and driving process improvements; implementing IATF 16949 quality management system requirements; assisting with the setup, commissioning, and maintenance of tooling, equipment, and molds; and promoting the standardization of production processes. Candidates should be aged 23–40, hold a college degree or higher in mechanical engineering, gear technology, thermal power engineering, or a related field, and have at least three years of experience in process engineering. Must be familiar with process control and quality‑system operations, proficient in CAD, UG, and office software, and possess strong communication, coordination, and hands‑on operational skills. Outstanding recent graduates will also be considered for training.
