Salary: RMB 8,000–30,000 per month. Responsibilities include R&D of joint‑module product structures, solution design, structural optimization, and transition to mass production. Candidates should be familiar with RV gearboxes, automotive gears, and thermal‑power‑related mechanical designs. Key tasks include independently completing structural design, drafting technical drawings, developing manufacturing processes, and preparing relevant documentation; overseeing product testing, pilot production, and ramp‑up to mass production; optimizing manufacturing processes and structural solutions to enhance product performance and production efficiency. Work must strictly adhere to IATF 16949 standards for design and process development, while coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure project execution. Requirements: age 23–35; bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering, thermal‑power engineering, gear technology, or related fields; 3–5 years of experience in joint‑module structural development; proficient in UG, AutoCAD, and office software; strong communication and project‑management skills; meticulous and highly responsible. Outstanding graduates from 985/211 universities will also be considered for training.
