Salary: RMB 8,000–16,000 per month. Responsibilities include independent programming, machine setup, mass‑production commissioning, and precision metalworking for TSUGAMI and STAR spindle‑core machines; priority will be given to machining AI liquid‑cooling connector products. Candidates should be capable of independently designing secondary‑processing jigs and fixtures, optimizing shop‑floor processes, and resolving production anomalies. Proficiency in CAD, PRE, UG, and other design software is required. Additionally, you will be responsible for routine equipment maintenance and upkeep to ensure stable, efficient, and high‑quality production. Requirements: under 42 years old; high school or technical school education or above; a background in mechanical CNC machining is preferred; 2–3+ years of experience in metalworking; familiar with equipment commissioning and process improvement. Must be diligent, hardworking, highly responsible, resilient, and able to endure demanding work conditions, while adhering to workshop management directives.
