Salary: RMB 8,000–16,000 per month. Responsibilities include operating, commissioning, and optimizing internal/external cylindrical grinders, compound grinders, and gear‑grinding machines; independently performing precision grinding operations; ensuring product accuracy and production quality; conducting routine equipment inspections, maintenance, and servicing; and completing production tasks on time and to the required standards. Candidates must be under 42 years old, hold at least a high school or technical school diploma, with preference for those specializing in mechanical CNC machining. Required qualifications include at least three years of experience in grinder operations, the ability to set up and adjust machines independently, expertise in equipment maintenance, and a strong work ethic characterized by diligence, initiative, and resilience.
