Salary: RMB 8,000–16,000 per month. Responsibilities include independently operating centerless grinders, performing press‑grinding and machine setup, conducting process debugging, and carrying out precision grinding operations. Ensure product accuracy and quality in accordance with drawing specifications and process requirements; perform routine equipment inspections, maintenance, and upkeep; promptly address production irregularities; and complete production tasks on time and to the required standards. Candidates with experience in secondary metalworking processes such as milling, burnishing, and vibratory finishing are preferred. Applicants must be under 42 years old, hold at least a high school diploma, and have a background in mechanical CNC machining. Must possess at least three years of hands‑on experience in setting up and operating centerless grinders, be familiar with equipment maintenance, and demonstrate a diligent, responsible work ethic, a proactive attitude, and the ability to endure hard work. Willingness to follow workshop management is required.
