Salary: RMB 8,000–16,000 per month. Responsibilities include CNC lathe programming, machine setup, trial production, and mass‑production commissioning; independently completing the machining of precision hardware components; optimizing process parameters; resolving production issues to ensure product yield and on‑schedule delivery; and performing daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance to keep machinery running smoothly. Candidates must be under 42 years old, with at least a high school diploma; a background in mechanical CNC is preferred. Required experience includes 2–3 years in hardware machining, proficiency in CNC lathe programming or grinder setup, and familiarity with equipment maintenance. Applicants should be diligent, hardworking, and able to adapt to a two‑shift work schedule.
